Solitude - Sane or Insane

Not many know how it feels like, they kind of figure out in their lifetime one way or the other but in different variations. I am not getting into years of being incarcerated, that is something which is forced. How about you have your freedom, lots of people around you but still you feel the prison atmosphere?
How disconsolate can it get?
This happens in contrastive levels, stretching from minutes to days, months, years.
Its complicated than an asylum and even more disturbing than blood and gore. Assuming this happened due to some reason which is acceptable. What if there was no reason and you were sane enough to control the outcome yet you managed to perish the inner essence of open air and confined yourself to the dungeons? It's called insanity.
Everybody is there around you, everybody is there for you,but you just don't feel it. The feeling of security or the feeling of being loved is absent, it's missing all around you that you feel yourself and nothing more. You feel your body , your mind is at bliss, it's still sane enough, but it's hovering over the two levels.
Baffled you give yourself to a forlorn attempt to figure out where you stand - Am i sane or not?
If you haven't realized yet, solitude has taken over already. Thinking would have never gone this far unless you are alone , be it left alone or left for being lone.
Solitude is on its own sane but too much of it is worse than a nightmare, unless you can control your thoughts and emotions, bid goodbye to yourself. It is rupturing of the mind without pain, it is the feeling of being sick without being sick. The source is 'you' and the target is 'you'.
Never can we predict the arrival and the departure as it happens in a phase.
It's never easy with it and it's called loneliness and the only way to overcome it is to befriend it.
